My Kids Love S&M

That's what I call the macaroni recipe that I always cook for them whenever they feel like eating pasta, you fool! ^_^ S&M kasi it's sweet and it has milk in it, so Sweet and Milky? Creamy yata dapat. Or it can also stand for Simple and Mura.

I planned to cook this originally for tomorrow because Elmer and I have been planning to have family picnic in Burnham Park but I don't think the weather's gonna be favorable for that. We've been having gloomy weather and rainy afternoons for 3 days now. I am feeling lazy today because of the weather. I felt lazy to thaw anything from the fridge. Yes, ilalabas na lang sa ref, tinamad pa ako. Kasi may chance na ako din ang magluto. Sarap ng tulog ni Elmer e. I decided to just cook the macaroni, which I knew would not take long to finish so I could join Elmer on the bed. *Wink*

These were what I used.

500 g elbow macaroni, cooked per package direction
1 kg sweet style spaghetti sauce
1 can pieces and stems of mushrooms*
1 can vienna sausage*, sliced
1 small can evaporated milk
3 tbsp cooking oil
some love**

*May be substituted with anything you like to have in it.
**Very and most important ingredient. (Naman!)

Here's how to do S&M Macaroni. It's sooo easy and a no-brainer, really.

1. Heat pan then add cooking oil, in low fire.
2. Put in the sausage then the mushrooms.

3. Add the spaghetti sauce.

4. Add the milk.

 5. Simmer.

Voila!
S&M Macaroni

This time I used Carnation brand for the evaporated milk. I think I had better results with Alaska.

We ran out of cheese but all still enjoyed it. Otherwise, magugutom kami kasi walang other food prepared for lunch. After enjoying it, kanya-kanyang borlog kami lahat. Sarap matulog dahil sa weather. Buti may natira pa kay daddy who didn't wake up until 6PM.

It was just another lazy day with my family. Tomorrow's gonna be busy.

Ciao! ♥
